Block 3.4 – Legal issues
As part of the pre-production process, a range of legal issues need to be considered. This is why section 3.4 appears in the pre-production part of the syllabus.
I just think it's easier to signpost it as a separate section for learning. It also crosses over into the portfolio units, especially when assets tables are being completed.
This section contains very brief details on:
- 3.41 Protection of individuals
- 3.42 Intellectual property rights
- 3.43 Regulation and certification
- 3.44 Health and safety
